In 2019, armed with an extensive background in the culinary world, Chef Jonathan Morrison (formerly the chef of Clos) bought himself an ice cream machine and started making small batches of uniquely flavoured ice cream with the help of his partner, Anni.

When the pandemic took over and everyone became confined to their homes, demand for his original flavor combinations grew. Soon enough, Morrison was offering ice cream delivery throughout Moncton.
Without a storefront for his increasingly popular scoops, Morrison began selling at local restaurants and breweries via pop-up shops throughout the summer of 2020.
Now, Lost and Found Ice Cream is working on opening their own ice cream shop.
